Roots® blowers are found wherever there is a need to move air and gas.That means throughout a vast number of applications within industries such as food beverage, chemicals, water, pulp paper, mining, cement, power, metals and oil gas.

Many industrial processes rely on air such as combustion, vacuum, air separation, water aeration, pneumatic conveying, membrane cleaning or regeneration and many more.

In gas applications, Roots blowers are used to process a variety of gases, ranging from steam to nitrogen, hydrogen, and other hydrocarbons. They are also specialized in steel degassing with high vacuum boosters.

  • Range: nine models offer a large performance envelope with small rotary blowers up to 10,000 m3/h available as a bareshaft blower or within a standard package. Larger blowers up to 70,000 m3//h can be packaged as required per customer requirement or supplied as a bareshaft for packaging by others.
  • Reliability: our blowers are trusted to perform in areas of continuous use. Optional features such as Dual splash lubrication can increase oil capacity and add to blower reliability.

Acoustic enclosures can also be supplied with up to 22 dBA free field attenuation.
