Positive Displacement Blowers
ROOTS positive displacement blowers are the original Roots blower based on the principles discovered in 1854. Dresser Roots positive displacement blowers feature lobe-type impellers that move a finite volume of air. With constant speed operation, the displaced volume is essentially the same regardless of pressure, temperature or barometric pressure. This principle led to the development of the ROOTS Positive Displacement (PD) blower.
Blower Packages
Dresser ROOTS Blower Packages consist of a skid-mounted noise abatement enclosure containing a blower, motor, all piping, valves and instrumentation. It is produced for vacuum or pressure applications, enabling simple, on-site installation.
Centrifugal Compressors
